If you are running just a couple minutes behind, we know things happen and completely understand. I do ask that you call the salon, if you are able to safely, to let me know when I will be able to expect you. If you are excessively late I may not be able to perform the service because I would run into the next guests appointment time with me. A service charge will be applied to all appointments that won't be able to be completed due to arriving late.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I do require a 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of $25 per service cancelled does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Future appointments will not be booked until service charges are paid.
